I believe the video is about relashionships, how people hurt each other even if they love each other and how they stain each other. You can tell she's hurt first, but she still goes to this place where other people are hurt. The girl swallowed their spit (she kissed them). Then all those people stain her, take a piece of her clothes so they can get to her (meaning she allowed herself to open up). She stains them afterwards. That's what people do, they try to change the people they love. She gets carried away by her feelings and she's been hurting all along. So when she finally bleeds, she knows it's time to say goodbye.
